1. 1 lb. fish fillets, preferably a white mild fish
2. 2 eggs
3. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4. 1/2 teaspoon mustard
5. dash of salt and pepper
6. diced onion add as needed
8. Italian bread crumbs
9. Seafood seasoning
Directions
1.Boil fish just enough so it will flake apart. Rinse and separate the meat
into a bowl,
retaining only the white portions.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well. Form the mixture into small ball shapes.
3. Deep fry the nuggets until golden brown and serve immediately. These make
an excellent
appetizer with tarter sauce or serve with a salad for lunch.
