Plum & Almond Crumbles Recipe
Ingredients 6 really ripe red plums , halved, stoned and quartered 4 tbsp demerara sugar 100ml orange juice 1 tsp cinnamon
CRUMBLE TOPPING 150g plain flour 75g butter 2 tbsp demerara sugar 4 tbsp oats 50g flaked almonds Method Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Put the plums, sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in a pan. Stir and heat for 3-4 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Divide between 4 small ovenproof dishes.
