Peach Crumble A La Mode Recipe

Ingredients

8 peaches, sliced

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 c. sifted flour

1/8 tsp. salt

1/4 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

Vanilla ice cream

Method

Arrange sliced peaches in butter 8 inch baking pan.

Sprinkle lemon juice over sliced peaches.

Blend together flour, brown sugar, and salt.

Cut in butter until consistency of coarse meal.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over sliced peaches.

Bake in moderately hot oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with ice cream.
