Recipe for Ice Cream Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour

1/2 c. oats

1/2 c. brown sugar

2 sticks melted butter

1 c. chopped pecans

1 jar caramel topping

1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream

Method

Mix the first five ingredients.

Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Watch carefully so it does not burn.

Crumble while hot, allow to cool.

When cool, layer half of crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Pour over half of caramel topping.

Spread on ice cream and top with remaining crumbs and topping.

Freeze.

Cut in squares to serve.

Serves 12-16.
