Fruit Crumble 4 Recipe
Ingredients 4 cups sliced and peeled fruit: Pears Apples Peaches Method Wash, pare, peel and slice fruit into 8 x 8 inch square pan. Lightly butter and flour pan before adding fruit. Sprinkle fruit with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to prevent browning. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over fruit. Mix oats, flour, butter and sugar together with 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mixture will be crumbly. Can use pastry fork to mix. Sprinkle crumble on top fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Cooks Comments and Tips |
